Adding, Removing, or Changing the Organization Associated with a Pre-Existing Electionbuddy Account

Electionbuddy accounts are centered around the email address that is used to set up the account, not the organization that is associated with the account at the time of registration. Therefore, you can add, remove, or change the organizations associated with each Electionbuddy account as required, and it is a very simple process to do so:

Once you have logged in, click on the "Organizations" link, located in the drop-down menu from the orange box in the top-right of the main menu.

You will see all the organizations associated with your account. From this screen, you have the following options:

  • Click on the "+ Add organization" button at the bottom of your organization list to add a new organization.
  • Click on the "Edit" button to be brought to a screen where you can edit that organization's name, change your organization key, and/or add a logo.
  • To remove an organization, click the "Remove" button associated with the organization you want to remove.
