You can make the following changes to your account information at any time:

Changing Your Account Information

To change your account information:

  • go to your Dashboard

  • select My Profile from the dropdown menu:

  • the Edit User screen will open; you can update any of the information displayed on the screen:

Changing Your Name

To change your name:

  • enter your new first and/or last name in First Name and/or Last Name

  • enter your current password in Current Password

  • select Update to save your changes

Changing Your Email Address

To change your email address:

  • enter your new email address in Email

  • enter your current password in Current Password

  • select Update to save your changes

An email verification message will be sent to your new email address. You must verify your new email address within 24 hours for your email address to be updated.

Changing Your Password

To change your password:

  • enter your new password in Password

  • re-enter your new password in Password Confirmation

  • enter your current password in Current Password

  • select Update to save your changes

Changing Your Job Title or Role

To change your job title or role:

  • enter your new job title or role in Your Job Title or Role

  • enter your current password in Current Password

  • select Update to save your changes

Changing Your Billing Email Address

To change your billing email address

  • click on the messenger feature located in the bottom right of the support article to send us a message to complete the request.

Deleting Your Account

Please ensure that you have everything you need from your account before you delete it. We can't recover an account, or any elections and results associated with the account, once it's been deleted.

To delete your account:

  • select Cancel my account

  • a warning message asking for confirmation will appear; select OK to delete your account:
