Filtering your Dashboard allows you to focus on specific votes. It simplifies the view and eliminates unnecessary clutter, helping you gain valuable insights, by isolating votes based on certain criteria.

An ElectionBuddy account that has more than one voting event will have various filter options available on the dashboard.

  • Status: Voting events can be in one of the following states: Incomplete, Needs Payment, Ready to Run, Running, or Completed.

  • Type: Each voting event is categorized as either an ElectionVote, MeetingVote, or Announcement.

  • Organization: If an account has more than one organization, this filter is used to see the voting events from just one organization. For example, HOA community managers who manage more than one community can view voting events specific to one community.

  • Keyword Search: These filters allow a search for keywords in the titles of voting events. In the example below, all voting events with "2020" in the title have been filtered on the dashboard.
