By default, ElectionBuddy will provide the administrator's contact information on the ballot confirmation page for voters who may have questions related to the vote.

If you would like to remove the contact information or provide alternate information, you will need to:

  1. Select Customize Ballot Review and Confirmation Information which can be found at the bottom of the Ballot page.

  2. Un-select Show Adminsitator contact details on confirmation.

  3. If you would like to provide an alternate contact email, enter it in the text box above. This text will be displayed on the Ballot Confirmation page, and in the Confirmation Email.

We highly recommend previewing and testing your ballot to make sure you are happy with the setup. To preview your ballot, click on the "Preview Ballot" button that can be found at the top or bottom of the Ballot page.
