There may be situations where the administrator setting up the vote is not the same person voters should reach out to with questions while the vote is running. By default, ElectionBuddy will use the administrator's contact information from the account on the Ballot Confirmation Page for voters who may have questions related to the vote.
If you have an additional administrator associated with your ElectionBuddy account and are wanting to change the contact information showing on Notices and the Confirmation Page, please see Primary Contact For Voters.
If not, and you would like to remove the contact information or provide alternate information, you will need to:
Under Advanced Ballot Customization at the bottom of the Ballot Page, select "Customize Ballot Review and Confirmation Information"
Un-select "Show Administrator contact details on confirmation". If you would like to provide alternate contact information, enter it in the text box. This text will be displayed on the Ballot Confirmation page, and in the Confirmation Email.
We recommend previewing and testing your ballot to make sure you are happy with the setup. To preview your ballot, click on the "Preview Ballot" button that can be found at the top or bottom of the Ballot page.
