By default, ElectionBuddy will provide the administrator's contact information on the ballot confirmation page for voter’s who may have questions related to the vote.

If you would like to remove the contact information or provide alternate information, you will need to:

  1. Uncheck Show Administrator contact details on voter authentication and confirmation which can be found at the bottom of the Ballot page.

  2. If you would like to provide an alternate contact email, check the Customize Ballot Review and Confirmation Information option. You can then add additional text to be displayed on the Ballot Review and Confirmation pages.

We highly recommend previewing and testing your ballot to make sure you are happy with the setup. To preview your ballot, click on the "Preview Ballot" button that can be found at the top or bottom of the Ballot page.
