When you have more than one Administrator for an organization you may wish to include their contact information in the Notices and on the Confirmation screen so voters know who to reach out to with questions. ElectionBuddy allows you to easily assign a primary contact for each vote you set up.
Assigning a Primary Contact
When at the Organization Details section of the Details Page, select Edit next to "Primary Contact for Voters".
Select the Administrator you wish to be the voter’s primary contact for the vote and click the Select button. You can also add an additional Administrator to your organization here.
Once updated, the Administrator’s details will appear in the Notice as your vote’s contact
The selected Administrator’s details will also show up on the vote confirmation screen after they’ve voted.
